Trinity Church Wall Street
Trinity Church Wall Street is a growing and inclusive Episcopal parish that has played a prominent role in lower Manhattan for more than 300 years. Through its historic legacy of a land grant from Queen Anne of England in 1705, Trinity is an active owner and operator of real estate in New York City.
Trinity’s new headquarter site, which includes 107 Greenwich, will house Trinity’s staff, as well as five floors of public space designed for use by the neighborhood, including a Parish Hall, full-size gymnasium, ground-floor café, and other gathering spaces. As the anchor tenant, Trinity brings its deep commitment to and involvement in lower Manhattan as well as its long history as a property owner.
Its holdings currently comprise a diverse, seven-million-square-foot Hudson Square portfolio, consisting of 5.8 million square feet of office and retail space in 12 operating properties in a joint venture with Norges Bank Investment Management, and Hines, the operating partner; as well as three ground leases and four development sites wholly owned by Trinity. Major tenants in the HSQ portfolio include: Publicis, Horizon Media, Google, Pepsi, Squarespace, New York Public Radio, Accenture, Medidata, Havas, Viacom, CBS and L’OREAL.
In a 2018 transaction The Walt Disney Company purchased the rights to develop Trinity’s property at 4 Hudson Square for 99 years, for the development of the company’s future New York headquarters. The site, in the center of Hudson Square can hold over 1.2 million square feet.
Trinity looks forward to welcoming new tenants to this inspiring new space and exciting neighborhood.
